The place has a great and cozy location, the staff is efficient, and it's just 10 km away from Rivesaltes airport.

Thought 12 euros for breakfast too expensive. Would have preferred a cheaper alternative available for small appetites.

Variety of fab food at breakfast time.

The breakfast offered here is a great value with a good variety of food, and the location is ideal, near the Le Campo Santo Cloister.

Good room, clean and comfortable, fair view from window of part of town and mountains in distance. Tea-making facilities in room - excellent! Mugs would be good but take-away style insulated cups were a good idea nonetheless. Didn't really hear any internal noise from other guests, though I think there weren't too many staying at the time anyway.

Room seemed to struggle to warm up, despite turning thermostat fully up - was acceptable though. Noise from road-sweeper outside in morning was quite annoying!

The shower cubicle in our bathroom was really tiny. The pillows were smelly even through the pillowcases.

This place is lovely, with no complaints, and I can't recommend it highly enough; the food for breakfast was fabulous!

The location.

The hotel was undergoing refurbishment so there was no carpet in the hallway on our floor, various bits of furniture lying about in reception, and noisy work goig on during our stay. The room was muuch smaller than we exepected (we had booked a superior double) and there was no wardrobe for us to put our clothes in. For the amount we paid we were expecting better.

The best thing about Hotel Windsor was the location - right on the edge of the old town. The effective airconditioning and sound-proofing was also very welcome as was the very comfy bed.

The hotel was in the middle of being re-furbished which was not mentioned in publicity material. This did not affect our stay negatively except that the appearance was poor. Our room had not been fully refurbished - the new bits were good but let down by the old bits eg. Chairs

The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location right in the city center was convenient, especially with a great restaurant like L'olivier close by.

The Hotel bedroom was very comfortable, with towel robes which was a nice touch. Staff spoke quite good english which was useful. Good location in the city centre. Also accepts dogs which is good for people travelling with their pets.

No Parking at the hotel, but you can park in a car park opposite the hotel which free from 6.00 pm until 9.00 am the next day. The restaurant only serves breakfast - no evening meals which is disappointing if you arrive tired after a long journey.

Its location a 10-15 minute walk from Chamber of Commerce was perfectly comfortable. Thanks to a bus station close to the hotel, all the landmarks in Perpignan were within reach.
